The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by developing new business relationships and maintaining existing accounts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and a strong understanding of the sales process. The Sales Executive will be expected to generate leads, negotiate contracts, and meet or exceed sales targets. This is a dynamic and fast-paced role that requires excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ensure the daily, weekly, and monthly sales tasks. Arrange meetings with subordinates and share the sales plan.
- Control the sales share of the market, share the company’s sales policies and follow up those properly.
- Maintain the retail stock and follow up the day-to-day demand.
- Closely maintain retail, day to day meet with the retail, keep a good relationship.
- Responsible for the maintenance and inspection of the terminal image to ensure standardization.
- Arrange meetings, and follow up on the daily management and sales volume.
- Cooperate with various functional departments to coordinate tasks assigned by the company.
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in the sales sector.
- Candidates with more experience will be highly appreciated.
- Sound knowledge on Sales and SmartPhone Industry
- Have to work under pressure, and be self-motivated.
- Must have the mentality to work anywhere in Barishal division.
